Hi! My name is Ayesha Merchant, founder and operator of The Right Occasion. I reside in the heart of DFW and happily married while being a cat-mom. Though an IT Engineer by trade, my passion has always been to coordinate beautiful moments for my friends and family. While helping friends and loved ones, I built a network of some of the hardest working professionals in the Dallas Fortworth metroplex with expertise in staging, catering, photography, and many more!
In 2020, during the Covid pandemic, I decided to turn my passion into a career and help people plan their events within their budget while maintaining precautions for everyone’s safety.
Having been a bride myself, I understand all the stresses and uncertainties that today’s brides and grooms have to deal with. My promise is to listen to all your requirements and pay attention to the details. My goal is to deliver your event to your expectations, while meeting your budget.
